Guest Recipe: Stuffed Shells

My facebook friend, Holli, gave me this recipe. Super easy and super delicious!! Note: you can make this mixture for Lasagna noodles too - just plan to double the recipe for a heartier meal!

Crab Stuffed Shells (or Lasagna)

1 package of green giant antioxidant veggies in the microwavable pouch...make as directed, then cut up into pieces.

1 package of cream cheese, softened.

1 package of imitation crab or lobster meat. Chop up and mix with veggies and cream cheese.

Spread a layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish (I use Prego).
After boiling the shells, rinse with cold water and fill shells with mixture.
After shells are stuffed, pour the rest of the sauce on top and then top with mozzarella cheese and bake for about a half hour at 375 degrees.
