Yep - it's official, Chloe's gonna be Dorothy for Halloween! I tried talking her into this last year and she wasn't interested. This year - she complied. No... actually it was HER idea!I love the Wizard of Oz! It's got to be one of my ALL time favorites!
Now - - to find the red ruby slippers... :)

You could make the ruby slippers for Dorothy. Just use an old pair of slippers and add red glitter, some red gems and more glitter.
